Sometimes I forget what items I own and what clothes are in my closet. This retro looking rope dress is something I found a year ago while vintage shopping on my birthday. I remember I bought it because I loved the pattern and colors but I hated the fit of it. It's like a big pajama shirt and adding a belt just makes it even shorter. Well fast forward to a year later and this dress is still hanging in the back of my closet. I remembered why I never wore and I smack myself for not seeing the potential in it. I guess the moral of my story is to give every dress a chance.
